Delivery Terms

• Risk of loss and title passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified location

Inspection Upon Delivery

Any claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may affect your ability to claim replacements or refunds.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Eligibility

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective or not as described
• Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or incorrect products delivered

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product and confirming its eligibility. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Shipping costs for returns due to defective or incorrect products will be covered by Breeze Industries.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way
• Custom manufactured items unless proven defective
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation
• Items returned without prior authorization from our customer service team

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the Breeze Industries website and in our products are owned by or licensed to Breeze Industries. This includes but is not limited to:

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable to the state of Gujarat, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation before the courts of Surat, Gujarat.

If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The seat of arbitration shall be Surat, Gujarat, and proceedings shall be conducted in English or Gujarati.

You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Non-payment of dues
• Conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to our business or other users

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
